The sandwich board in the mall lobby got my attention, and I'm glad that it did. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service. I was on my lunch break and food was at my table very quickly and very warm. It's no surprise that this restaurant will be celebrating it's 16 year anniversay...noticed the rather large sign when leaving the parking lot.

I come here quite often, and I must say it is a highly underrated restaurant. Food specials are always creative and delicious. I am surprised at a couple of the reviews, this place is fantastic despite the location. Give it a try!! Very clean (washrooms too!!)
Quite frankly, I am surprised this restaurant actually still exists.
Luckily, I was visiting the restaurant with a family who had been there before, or I would not have seen the entry, which looks like a service entrance. The employees smoking around the door were nice enough to shove each other around as we tried to enter, and managed to spill a drink on one of our party.
Interestingly enough, when we entered we were greeted by two people, neither of whom offered to seat us. Eventually we placed orders with a waitress who was more interested in her thirty minute break than to cover her tables when she took it.
The heat became rather unbearable after several minutes. Three people in our party were ill, with two of them having to leave the restaurant because of the heat. The other had a mild athsma attack from the smoke wafting into the restaurant from the excessive crowd smoking right in front of the door.
They are well named, because "are you serious?" is a perfect reaction to the way we were treated. I'd have to say that most of the reviews submitted are probably from employees or friends of employees who managed to get decent service, because regular customers certainly do NOT.
