The Gananoque Inn & Spa provides accommodation in a rich variety of guest room types and styles. The main Inn, a converted carriage factory dating from the 1860s, houses a selection of room styles as well as our Dining Room and Muskie Jake's Tap and Grill. The Waterfront units are situated on the lawn overlooking the river and our 500 feet of private dock. The Annex, a former innkeeper's residence, offers river views and overlooks the tranquil pond garden. Two charming century houses, Cedar Knoll and Caverly Cottage, hold suites that may be rented singly or opened up to accommodate friends or families. Our 53 guestrooms vary in size and design, each with it's own unique appeal. Many have Jacuzzi and/or fireplaces, which add to their ambiance and atmosphere at any time of the year. A little pampering goes a long way so while visiting the Gananoque Inn & Spa, take the time to experience our spa services and sample a variety of treatments with our certified aestheticians.more...See more text
We visit Muskie Jake's (the pub portion of the Gananoque Inn) quite regularly. I have eaten a lot of items on the menu and really enjoy them. In the winter they have a 99 cent steak sandwhich night on Thursdays. You can't beat this. My husband loves it. The patio is enjoyable in the summer as it overlooks the water and has live music. Sometimes the service can be frustrating but usually pretty good. Overall, a great experience.

There is a formal restaurant with haute cuisine, white table cloth and a bar/pub. The bar/pub has a patio/terrace overlooking the water, very pleasant in the summer. We stop there occasionally while travelling to/from Montreal. The food is good and the service reasonably quick (can be slower on Fridays).
