We are very dissatisfied with the delivery of the Telegraph Journal. Very seldom do we get our paper on time, most of the time the paper is late or we do not received a paper at all. When we call we get very little satisfaction. By the way we have been an account with your paper for many years. It seems to me since the paper moved to Moncton our delivery service is very poor. We pay yearly.
Have been a reader for over 48 years and lately delivery service stinks! If we don't receive a paper, we are told we will get a credit - what a crock that is. Each month, the regular amount is deducted from our bank - no credit given. I must be eligible for at least a free month by now. This week alone, we have missed 3 deliveries - two were delivered much later in the day. Still waiting for today's issue (Saturday). This is totally unacceptable - readership is falling .
