This leads me to my next point: the schnitzel. Again, a homemade, VEAL schnitzel- just melted in my mouth.... and even more so in my husband's mouth, considering he ordered it. And, in response to the other reviewer, the schnitzel is surely made of high quality veal! We had the pleasure of talking to the owner about it and she was sweet enough to tell us all the details about what it takes to prepare it. I'm telling you, it's just so difficult to find a great, healthy restaurant with homemade food in Toronto. I would recommend Amber to anyone looking for some good quality ingredients and great taste.
