We purchased the Neptune Adriatic spa from Dynasty at the Red Deer Home Show in March 2019, installed in October 2019 and 12 months later has continued to be a problem free and enjoyable year round hot tub! Manufacturer improvements have made this a solid performing tub and have enjoyed its many features from the powerful jets, LED lighting, Bluetooth Sound System and easy to maintain features. We needed some help with fixing a problem last summer and where we bought it from was no help at all. The staff at North West had the parts and gave us all the information we needed to get the problem solved. They even took apart a showroom unit to show us some things to help us understand. We felt like we were the only customer they had ...... but the store was very busy. Great group!
