Lived in North Van for 40 years, and this was my local pub of choice since the late '80s. Not the fanciest place, but excellent food, great prices on food and drink. Friendly staff. If you're looking for a sports bar, look no further. This place has 30+ screens and they're always willing to put your game on one of them, no matter how obscure. They run lots of pools, too. I didn't appreciate how great it was as a sports bar until I left North Van!

Come taste a savory dish at Alibi Room. Their bar is the ideal scene for after dinner drinks. They are open after-hours all week. You can get there by public transit.
