I have been coming here since 2003/2004. Three different owners since than but they still seem to get our favorite dish right the chicken steak with the rice. Mmmmm, nicely grilled juicy chicken breast, lots of flavor and tasty. I agree with the previous reviewer that the taste changes from time to time, different cooks, but 7/10 times u will get a great meal. We come here b/c it's a great option when we need a quick but good meal. I would just recommend that one dish. Most of the time we would do take out, and the best part is that our 4 year old daughter loves their chicken. Don't be fooled by the looks!

I have been to Boston Pizza many times, and I have a great experience everytime. I am always satisfied with the food and the wait for it isn't that long either. If you are not in the mood for pizza, there are many other menu choices you could chose from. Pasta is always a good second choice. I personally think anything you order there you will not be disappointed.

Well unlike others who posted, we had a great experience at this location. We were seated and waited on in a timely manner. Our food arrived, hot, with no mistakes, in decent time. The only criticism came from my wife who had the Baked-Seven Cheese Ravioli with Bolognese sauce. She said that she likes to taste the cheese, but the sauce overpowered the cheese. Other wise everyone enjoyed their meals.

This Boston Pizza location is by far our favourite. My wife and I have been going since they opened and never had a bad experience. I took my son to Swiss Chalet two weeks ago for a chicken dinner (1/4 with fries). Consistently good. The waitress was attentive, and knew how to keep the baby at the table next door happy (crackers, crayons, drinks... STAT!). When my wife and I went out for dinner the next week, where did my son go? Swiss Chalet. He is somewhat of a picky eater... So, great review.

We love Swiss Chalet, especially this location and have been going for years, it's the closest to homemade, it's fast service and the prices are great! The staff at this location are amazing people and always quick to serve you and get you what you want. I can't say enough about this location, it's all good in every way. Always greeted with a smile. I work in customer service, so I understand that things don't always go as planned. It is how an establishment deals with their mistakes that really shows how good they are , in my humble opinion.
We go to Swiss Chalet all the time, the food is always hot and delicious and up to the Swiss Chalet Standard, the service is usually pretty good, quick for sure and the restaurant smells good and is clean.
We often order take out from this location, and we have had a few problems, orders not being filled correctly, no gravy for the poutine, little things like that. One time we ordered and they called back 30 minutes later to tell us there was a snow storm and the delivery person went home!
Needless to say I complained. I got a personal response from the Manager appologizing for our bad experience and comping us for two 1/4 chicken dinners! WOW, I thought that was just great. I get that mistakes are made, but I have never had anyone take responsibility and compensate me so quickly and politely! Since then we have ordered a few times and we haven't had anymore problems.
