On the busiest of days, two days after X-mas, I came in and was attended to immediately who was able to go right to the last item, a specific TV, and rung it up..... and delivered it to my car at the far end of the parking lot; all with the greatest cheer. I was in panic mode when I came to this store - the power cord for my sons Cochlear implant batteries had conked out and it would take a few days to get a replacement shipped to us. Meaning he would not be able to hear during that time. Luckily for me Dexter was the first person in the store I talked to, and within two minutes he had figured out what I needed and even let me test it to make sure it worked. What a relief!! It ended up being less expensive, too. Friendly and knowledgeable!

March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.
