Nirvana salon had the worst service. The lady didn't tell me I couldn't return after purchase but rushed to sell me products without Even asking my skin type. The Tester lotion I tried was sticky & thick & didn't soak into my skin even two hours later. I brought back the package (unopened) And she said sorry no exchanges or returns you should have seen the sign on the window." Its obvious they only cared about making a sale. As a dermatologist salon they did not care about what went on my face

My most recent treatment was the quickest I've had. It was my fourth treatment and I have noticed a lot of hair reduction from my first treatment. The staff here is always so friendly and so is Dr. Genesis. I keep coming back because I am never dissatisfied with their service.
