Service was TOO FAST, at the point I had to call another company and waste more time and money; someone else resolved the problem. Their plumber did not make any effort to understand what the issue was and their assistance at customer service was very poor. Instead, they were fast and agressive to get the bad service paid.
I would not count on them as a first option.
