Meet the owner

When Adrien Labarre was 14, he took a shot from a puck during a school hockey game that at first didn't seem too aggressive. But the hit resulted in a severe back injury and Adrien had to wear a support brace for two years. His doctors didn't seem able to help him. After the first year, his mother brought him to a chiropractor and after nine months of treatment, Adrien regained his freedom of movement.

Adrien graduated as a radiology technician from Ahuntsic College in Montreal, but working in the field wasn't enough. He could see the cause of a patient's pain but had no way to relieve it. He wanted to be more involved in helping them heal.

He moved to Iowa and after four years at the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where Daniel-David Palmer founded the field, Adrien became a chiropractic doctor.
