Roominex

This is a fraud, they are not offering the service they are advertising. they made me pay 450$ in advance for a room in a condo 2 days before my coming in, the condo wasnt ready and the owner was living on a mattress within the condo. and was late in he rent for 2 months. they never reimbursed my 450$ i was never in the condo

STAY AWAY from this company. They are very bad and dishonest. When I contacted them they were very nice but as soon as they got my money they changed and I could not contact them anymore. I paid $1,500 for a room (first and last month) and I never received the room. And they don`t want to give me back my money. I heard that they did the same thing to many people. Do not do business with them!

I had spent the fantastic days with Roominex when I studied in Montreal for an year. The best part of Roominex was that I could enjoy Montreal with many roommates who are from many different cultures. And also there were always the options whenever I wanted to stay in other places, since roominex provides so many rooms which have diverse price, condition and location etc. If you’d like to have a wonderful experience in downtown of Montreal, don’t hesitate to contact to Roominex!

I would not recommend them at all, poor customer service.. My room didn't have AC cause they said it would cost too much to fix so I should buy a fan even though it was promised that the house has central AC. Lived in a house that had 16 messy roommates and they never intervened so there would be any order in the house or accountability. Looked at us as a pay check.

This compagny gived me the opportunity to meet great roommates! I got the chance to go to school, concentrate myself on my studies without worriyng about expensive bills... Or anything else that the other landlords are not taking care of. The team is reliable and professional.
