I went in to ask for an quote for a brake replacement, was told they needed to do an estimate the estimate was free. Then when I chose not to get the work done . I was obliged to pay for the estimate to get my car back. They said the estimate would have been free if I got the work done. Dishonest in my opinion.

I have a jeep wrangler 2013 been having problem getting things solved at the dealer.. i go to gms and they always solve all my problems and makes me feel releived .. ive been coming here for 5 years now and i will always be their client because they know how to resolve problems and also they got a really good team of hard working mechanics .
