Crown Taxi

Crown et Regal sont la même compagnie. Je me suis fait engueuler par le dispatcher pour avoir appellé aux 2 numéros

Am extremely dissapointed with my encounter with this taxi company. My friends and I went to a bar in hull to celebrate my birthday and by the end I was drunk so we decided to taxi home. Driver didnt put the meter on and forced me to pay $60 when it was a $30 dollar ride tops. Called the company the week after because i felt like the man had taken advantage of the fact that i had had a few drinks. Manager did nothing about it and did not express any form of sympathy. Extremely terrible service.

The cab ride and driver was OK, it is the quality of service from the dispatch and the fact that you can't call for a taxi ahead of time.

Très mauvais service. Je prends le temps de réserver un taxi 2 heures à l'avance, car il pleut, et on me dit que c'est impossible. Ils ne peuvent prendre de réservation quand il pleut, car trop de gens appellent et que si ils acceptent ma réservation, ils devront accepter celles de tout le monde. Pas très orienté vers la qualité du service.... La personne qui a pris mon appel a de plus été très condescendante. 0 étoiles sur 5, je me tourne vers d'autres fournisseurs.
