When we renovated our house we forgot to install the blue plastic vapor barriers over the IC boxes for the pot lights in the attic. We spoke to a few different contractors about going into the attic to install the vapor barriers, but many contractors turned us down as it is hard, uncomfortable and messy work to climb into the attic, move the insulation, install the vapor barrier, then replace the insulation.
However, Jay agreed to take the job and was very fair and reasonable with his estimate. He and his team were diligent in doing the work, did a very professional job and were great with clean up and had a super attitude throughout.
