I just saw BigManSilver's post and am shocked. This is litterally the best pet shop in the city. After a couple of visits they know me, they know my dog and they know my wife.
My wife normally buys the pet food and I can walk in and ask which brand she normally get and they will remember it.
It is insane how good these people are. In all honesty this is one of the best stores to shop in and I go out of my way to get pet supplies there.

I was browsing cat food and a collar for my dog, when a very rude cashier asked me to leave. I have never experienced costumer service as bad as that. I wasn't doing anything wrong. I will never be going there again.
