It’s nice to see A SMALL BUSINESS, FULLY FAMILY OPERATED! don’t listen to the other reviews, if i did i wouldn’t of dealt with such amazing service! Thank you BILL and the FAMILY!

The lady who does the phones calls is extremely rude. Twice. Took an afternoon off work for a 2-5 appointment. Called at 3 to cancel on me saying the guy was still in morning calls. Why they waited to tell me I don’t know. When I asked who’s paying for my afternoon off, since I clearly could have stayed, she told me to find someone else. With pleasure! And you should too.

Stay away from Bills appliance and repairs in Ottawa st in Windsor!! Worst customer service ever! The lady was so rude! I called almost 2 months ago to arrange my fridge to get fixed and they said I would have to wait 6 weeks and they would give me a loner fridge! They only gave me 5 min notice for pick up and did not have my loner fridge! Then when I inquired she was rude would not let me talk and told the guys not to take my fridge! My husband even called back and they were rude to him too !

A great little business that responded quickly (within two hours) and efficiently to my call for help. Emmett came to our house and fixed the freezer seal (the immediate cause of my request for assistance) and then went above and beyond the call of duty by cleaning the cooling coils, re-shimming the main door of the fridge, and jacking up the front casters so the doors now close by themselves. According to my wife, the service fee was justified completely by the improvement to the door. Thanks

Very courteous and extremely helpful when I called. I explained my issue with my Samsung dryer and she told me she had trouble getting parts for those. She explained what the problem could be on the phone with me and pinpointed what could be the problem after I changed the heating coil and fuse. They left a good impression with me.

I had a problem with my oven and Chantal helped me with it over the phone and now the oven is working again. That is how to keep customers happy. Highly recommended. They will get my business from now on.

Excellent, very helpful. Able to diagnose the washer blocked drain problem over the phone to avoid a service call. Above and beyond service, definitely recommend them.
