Totally incompetent. Shelly cannot return calls, or take direction. I was doing $20,000 in business with them yearly After switching I realized they had not done any changes that I asked, the result was I was paying $383 more on one policy/year because Shelly could not take direction. Shelly could not even get my mailing address correct over 12 months of being told to correct her mistake I raised my concerns with Kevin Donovan with no results. Stay far far away from this company.
