DONT USE THIS COMPANY. We purchased our Air conditioner and furnace from Randy at Airworks on recommendation from his mother Fran in 2012. We had our gas turned off last week from Union Gas because our furnace was installed incorrectly and we have carbon monoxide leaking into our house. Rather than Randy honouring our 10-year warranty, he chose to yell and curse at my husband on the phone.Eventually Randy did agree to come out, but didnt show and is now blocking our phone calls. DISGUSTING!!!!!
