The staff is really rude. I visted the one at Bathurst with my mom. Due to medical conditions she was not wearing mask. She was disrespected by the staff badly. Even after letting them know about her condition she was asked to GET OUT. The small girl with specs doesnt know a word about customer service. Please look into the matter as there are many people not comfortable with wearing it, there is a way of saying to wear mask.
