    Terriblly Disorganized and Untrustworthy

    I left a sample for duplication and after hearing back from them that they couldn't make it, I went to pick up the sample. The woman told me the guy that had the sample wasn't there that day and that I should come back tomorrow. I went back two days later, and this time the woman wasn't there, but the guy was. He said the woman had it and I should come back tomorrow when he'd "100% have it ready for me." I sent someone there the next day and guess what? Same old "come back again."
