The best thing about the whole experience was that it was exactly what you want with a large, expensive job like this. GoldStar Window was communicative, always returned calls promptly, there were no surprises and our estimate came in exact. Mike quells your anxiety, which streamlines what could be a stressful time. They didn't haggle with us during the job about extra money. They are very reasonable, they want to do an honest job for honest pay. We are extremely happy with our siding ,doors and window. We have a 90 year old house with some older windows. We wanted to rejuvenate our home and make it young again. Nick representing GoldStar Window showed us samples of the products they would use, including the siding and windows. He gave us a quote on the spot, explained the process of the installation, and gave us a location to go look at that they had just completed with the same process we were going with.

We strongly recommend GoldStar Window and its team for replacing windows in your house. They are respectful, professional, and detail oriented. The final cost matched Ilia’s original quote. The work was started on the scheduled date and was completed in two days. Jan was managing the installation most of the time, especially all difficult windows. A big part of the project was replacement of a full-wall living room window which needed to be demolished first. The team did an excellent job protecting furniture in the room and the rest of the house from dust and debris. The new windows were installed in November 2013. Since then our house feels warmer and quieter. We give grade “A” for quality of windows and quality of installation with no reservations.
