I purchased my first home and after a lot of research and consideration I chose this company to clean the carpets in my new house before moving day. I had a carpet cleaning scheduled the day before the move, and the cleaner never showed up. After leaving 3 messages the day of the appointment, it is now 5 days since the no show and I have not received a callback with an explanation. I will not recommend or consider using this unreliable company again.
