Dear customer, Over a year ago you purchased a pair of Orthotics for your son whose feet were in a very bad shape.He was examined and 3D scanned and we charged you $250.00 for a pair, you should have been charged $400.00. We were nice to you because you didn't have insurance. You had one year warranty for the product & you never contacted us. Also you did not show up for your first appointment & didn't pay the cancellation fee, we paid the chiropodist. We are sorry to see you go. Management

Worst customer service. Over charged me and told me lots of lies to sell me insoles for my son. The insoles fell apart after a year. Asked them to replace it and I was told the warranty doesn't cover kids insoles, only adults. I told the lady at the time of purchase you told it has 2 year warranty said sorry can't help you. They push you to buy their lousy product's. Don't waist your money
