The staff there are incredible. I've brought friends and girlfriends in there every time they are looking for shoes or boots because I know they will get professional service with a very personal interest. They always make us feel like we've been friends for a long time. They're also not your typical retail personnel. They're really chill, not pushy, and genuinely love the products they sell so they know a lot about them. I've always been too cheap to buy a good pair of boots but I recently bit the bullet and decided to reward myself with a good pair of Dr. Martens. There's a few places in our mall that sells them but I went straight to journeys because I knew I could rely on their customer service. Sure enough I had another great experience and bought a great pair of boots for the motorcycle that I'm very satisfied with. The food was good. I enjoyed most of it, but some of the noodles were badly charred and left a chalky feel in the mouth. Besides that, the service was satifactory and competent.
