I had an incredibly awful experience with the bank manager Sandi. I was dealing with an investment that my dad had, which should have been dealt with as soon as my dad passed way last year, but the person I deal with never informed me. Sandi grilled me like I was a criminal. She has no idea what I have been through, taking care of my sick parents without any help from my brother. I did not appreciate the way she handled this situation and I refuse to deal with such ignorant and cold person
