My co-worker and I come here at least once per...

My co-worker and I come here at least once per week for lunch. We are always in a hurry and the service is always prompt and friendly. The food is always of the best quality served at the correct temperature. The manager always stops by to make us feel right at home and to check that we are happy with our meal. Customer service is very important to us as we serve customers all day long ourselves and look forward to it being our turn to be pampered. We couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

We had ordered East Side Marios for a take-out...

We had ordered East Side Marios for a take-out order at work. We all had ordered different things - I had the chicken parmigiana. Food was alright, but for sure nothing to write home about. The side salad orders were slimey, brown & disgusting -NOBODY ate theirs. Was brought to the attention of the restaurant, but nothing was resolved satisfactorily. Would not visit in future. We have not ordered from again.

To begin with tha coffee was cold, and when I complained about it the waitress got dramatic and snotty. when the food came out it was someone elses order. Finally when it did come out the waitress had it so close to her face and was talking to us right over our food. We didn't want to complain any more. We paid the bill did not give a tip, and left the food on the table

Despite the rest of these comments, I was in eastsides not too long ago and had a wonderful experience. My waitress was amazing. She anticipated our needs and was very personable. The prices are reasonable and the portions are good. The taste of the food was incredible. Great service, great food, great restaurant.. i'll be visiting again soon.

Before anyone gets the wrong idea about East Side...

Before anyone gets the wrong idea about East Side Mario's from this or any other review on this page please realize that East Side Mario's is one of the greatest chain restaurants ever. They typically have amazing food, great service, etc. I've eaten at probably between 10-15 different locations around Ontario and always been impressed. Not in Peterborough!! This place is a dump. The food tastes reheated, the staff couldn't care less about your existence. I don't know what's going on with management here, but they should really step in and turn their staff over. I stood their for about 8 min before anyone even asked me if i wanted a table and it was not busy. On another occasion when i was getting take out pizza, they forgot about my order and then had to make it again because they burnt it.
