Not only did they take my order TWICE before and NEVER show up before closing - last night for 3 hours I was told my 1 bottle of wine was “on its way”
Im never using this service again and I will personally make sure all my friends and family know what a horrible experience I received multiple times.
Yes, I called dial a bottle 3 times. The first two times were great. This time they said they could not find any of the wine that I ordered. The supervisor called me and hung up on me. She then called a second time to tell me my order was cancelled. She hung up on me again. She was very rude and would not give me her name. What happened to my order
Dont know whats happenned but delivery time used to be good, like within 60 mins usually, and now recently its been over 2 hours! Not to mention the staff are so impolite and impatient. Im done with this service.
Worst customer service ever. Called for deliver to my major hotel. Gave the cross road, which google says is 4 min away. Reception asked for exact address, so I said I have to look it up,if he doesn’t know. He yells at me and hangs up the phone. Would never use again
About the 2hr30 late delay the staff who was completely unhelpful her name is Manon . Called back to cancel my order and I got a rude sigh clearly indicating she's annoyed by me . Truly dissapointed
Terrible service! Called and 3 hours later still nothing. Called the number twice and they said the order was on the way and nothing. Don't use these guys there's way better bottle delivery services around!!
