Dealing with these incompetent people was one of the worst experiences in my life . I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy !
Their service technicians are unreliable and have no idea what they are doing, they serviced my ac unit and somehow managed to connect it backwards, this damaged the capacitor. When I contacted them they would only send a technician after charging 100$, and when I reluctantly agreed, they could not get me a technician for another two weeks.
When I called and complained to the management they promised to send a technician but never did !
So if you deal with them be prepared to waste your time and burn your money.
