Needed a plumber on Sunday night and they were here within half hour of my call. They came in and explained step by step what was being done and were done in about one hour with no mess for me to clean up. I have been a customer for years and I am always satisfied with the service and professionalism. Very polite and easy to deal with. GREAT FAST RELIABLE SERVICE. That sums it up nicely

I used E. Vaillancourt Plumbing for the first time a few days ago and they did not disappoint. I used the online contact form and I was called back the same day to make an appointment. Trevor, the technician, was super knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself, and most importantly, fixed the problem I had in a very timely manner! I have a working bathroom sink again! I highly recommend using this company for all your plumbing needs.

Please accept my apologies. If you've read our reviews and otherwise researched us online, you will see that we have a stellar reputation which we take very seriously. We are currently working on integrating a new service management software into our phone systems that have caused us challenges. We expect to have the new system up an operational very soon, so we can deliver the top level service our customers have come to expect.

We have had Vaillencourt plumbers come to our house on two occasions and we very pleased with their work both times. They were professional, performed their work timely and with care (two toilet installs) and were open to answering any questions. The price charged was fair for the work undertaken. I will have another plumbing job soon and will be calling Vaillencourt Plumbing for the work.

Price as quoted but, the job didn’t have any surprises which easily could have happened with 40 year old plumbing.

Very happy with the work done by Shane and Stan and it was done at a reasonable price. Christy in the office called us the next business day after requesting a quote online. She provided an estimate over the phone. Shane and Stan came 2 days later and completed the work in a timely manner. They fixed/replaced the inside pipes and installed a new outside faucet in a way that makes it easier to attach a hose (deck stairs too close had made it difficult). Works great now.

My first time using Vaillancourt Plumbing, and I would certainly use them again. The two gentlemen who came out were personable, and very efficient. They looked at the problem and explained to me what they were going to do to fix it, the whole thing only took about 30 mins! They didn’t leave any mess behind. Very impressed!
