Repairs were professionally done. The new shut-off valve Shane and Stan installed are much better than the one my builder had installed. Very happy with the work they've done and no more leaks.

Excellent to deal with. Polite. Work done quickly. They made sure we understood the cost and timing. Did hot water tank installation and then a pressure reducing valve. Would definately recommend.

Trevor came to our rescue and fixed our Toto toilet with efficiency and in quick time. He was courteous and patient as Toto toilet are difficult to work on due to their design. Will definitely use Vaillancourt for any future plumbing needs.

Very positive experience with Vaillancourt Plumbing once again. Phone was answered by a live person who was both friendly and helpful to us, in booking appointment. Plumbers arrived when we were told they would, were friendly and worked efficiently. They solved our multiple issues well, explaining what they were doing and showing us what they found that was causing our problems. They cleaned up and left our place spotless. I usually dread having people in to do work, but we were very happy
