Leon's Furniture Warehouse & Showrooms - Head Office

I've already contacted a lawyer. I will NEVER recommend or buy a anything from leons again. MY couch is not even a few months old and there are staples an pieces of wood sticking out very dangerous. I've contacted leons many times an all they said they would send out a technition to fix it. All they did was send a guy to take pictures when I could have done that myself. I recieved a call saying they sent it to head office an can't do nothing about it.

Received a New Samsung Range from the RedDeer store. Was told by sales girl to try everything within 72hours of delivery so they could exchange stove if anything was wrong with it. Everything turns on but nothing heats up. So my brand new stove does not work. Phobe the store and am told I will have to phobe Samsung before Leons will do anything. Now having to wait for a tech to come look at my stove before Leons can do anything. Brand new dead stove. Thanks for nothing.

I bought a leather power reclining sofa just 2 years ago and the foam in the cushion is already crushed to the board.Very poor quality for the high price I paid for this sofa.Leon's tells me there was only a one-year warranty on this product and they won't pay to have the foam replaced.I have to pay the labor.Very poor quality furniture.I had purchased a lot of furniture and even an appliance from this store before and family members had done so as well.I do not recommend this store to anyone.

I purchased a Leathaire loveseat and was totally mislead about the product. After only a few months the "fabric" is discoloured and stained and they refuse to do anything about it. My platinum protection doesn't cover it and head office refuses to do anything. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Leon’s is a great place for quality mattresses. I went here last Tuesday to inquire about a mattress. The place was amazing! I walked around a bit before a sales person came to help me. He seemed knowledgeable, showed me some options in mattresses. I went back on Thursday to place my order and they delivered it the next day. I am very pleased with this purchase and they earned my loyalty and I will definitely shop at this store again.
