The Lemore clinic can be a confusing experience. Dr. Kia seems to be perpetually on mat leave so you never know who you are seeing when you go in. Dr. Kia is informative but can be rude. You wait over an hour for appointments and are told you can't address more than one issue. Reception is responsive but seems to be unable to give correct information and then treats you like less of a person when you point out you were given the wrong information- no apologies. Overall an unpleasant experience.
