Have used Vans Moving twice. Each time the booking and the actual move went very well. The men were prompt, efficient and extremely courteous. In my opinion, the price was fair. I would recommend this company with no hesitation.
The moving guys were excellent and the work we asked of them was hard so we gave the 4 movers a $100 tip each unfortunately the management and organization of the move was TERRIBLE!
They came with 2 trucks but they left with one empty and the other ONLY 2/3 full. I was told by one of the moving guys that it was done because they didn't want to work late.3 days later they partially completed the job with 1 truck and left us with a freezer still there.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL
the move was booked using our on line quote form, 40% of the volume was not included. Both trucks were used, but loading was limited to what could be handled within ESA max work ours. Our next availability was 2 business days later. The freezer was left behind due to rotting meat inside.

I would recommend...
I would recommend Vans to anyone moving anywhere. Paul and his staff are very courteous and professional. Their staff loaded and stored our belongings for a month then reloaded and delivered to our new home. Everything was in perfect condition. We are very happy with our move. Thanks again. Dave
Van's provided me with a very prompt estimate (unlike some other companies that I called). Our move was approx. 700 km and included storage for 10 days. They arrived on time and were courteous and very careful with our belongings. They arrived at the destination punctually and again, were careful and very nice to deal with. We had a lot of breakables and everything arrived in perfect condition. The movers were fantastic. All in all, an extremely positive experience and we would highly recommend them.
