The Maytag Store

Won’t shop there again, if you schedule a delivery date be available the day before or the day after. Ended up cancelling my order as you need a free schedule to receive what you buy, to accommodate the delivery

The worst customer service ever. Theyre rude and ignorant. I bough a fridge from them, they send it to my house without my confirmation so I wasnt home. They said I had to pay delivery charge again or pay 15% restocking fee otherwise they would have kept my fridge. They forced me to pay for another delivery charge. I called the real Maytag company, they said they are not responsible because this store is not a real Maytag store and theyre just using Maytags name! So beware! Im never going back

Will not shop there again. Bought 3 products. 2 had problems Service is atrocious. Think twice before making my mistake.
