This man is rude. He sold me something that was too small and refused to exchange it for larger. He told me there are no larger but I discovered there larger sizes. He misrepresented himself to me and I am taking action.

You came to our store and purchased a pair of Deluxe Moneysworth & Best Leather Insoles size 11-12 for your shoes size 12 that you had brought with you to the store. You shoes were more than 15 years old and were full of dog hair and leftover residue from years of wearing them. You later returned to the store and requested that we exchange the insoles for the next size up which is size 13-14. As you know we are a high-end store and have very demanding customers who expect nothing less than the finest and cleanest products. Unfortunately, it is not hygenic to resell insoles when you have tried them on due to concerns with contagious skin disease such as athlete's foot, toe nail fungus, and planter's warts. However, we are aware that you are a senior citizen on fixed income and that you have saved six months to be able to purchase a pair of insoles for yourself. We are also aware of your desire for a comfortable pair of insoles that fit properly into your shoes. Therefore, we are willing to offer you $25 from our own pocket allowing you can keep the insoles as well. We value your patronage and do not want you to feel disgruntled due to our excessive preoccupation with cleanliness. We do our best to keep our store the cleanest shoe repair shop in Canada.

I've been a customer for years when they were located in Upper Canada Mall and I could always depend on their excellent service.
I just received 2 purses that I needed fixed and they did an outstanding job. They are like new! Would highly recommend for quality workmanship.
They replaced the full sole of my cowboy boots. The sole was stitched, the welt redone, the heels are brand new. They do it better than anyone else. I always go back to this store because of the amazing customer service and the wonderful craftsmanship, Not mentioning the amazing quality of the material they use. They also keep a record of each and every customer and their transactions because they want to be able to stand behind their work and offer a lifetime warranty on their workmanship. Two thumbs up :-)
Go to this place if you are looking for top quality service. They will do whatever they can to get your work done on time. You will never go to them and find out your work is late because of their sophisticated notification system that notifies you when your order is ready.
