    Owner is arrogant...

    Owner is arrogant and rude. Terrible to non-existent customer service. I purchase $500 worth of equipment and received almost no support from the owner (male). Despite the 20% restock fee, you'll be lucky if they take back any of their merchandise, even if it's broken (good luck proving it to them!). Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.

    Disappointed

    Drove a long way to purchase antenna from Save and Replay. Initially served by a pleasant staff member. Then another staff member rudely refused to answer a few simple questions, and rudely cut me off, referred me to their website. They were too busy to install a system until March (it was October) . Then I was told he would never sell me a system. Just before, the same staff member had pleasantly served another customer. Unfortunately, I will never recommend this store to anyone. It definitely was NOT worth the drive to Mississauga. CB Vaughan
