Sent a 2 + 1/2 boxes to Cagayan Valley in November 2018, today is March 13, 2019 still no package! The contents of the box were meant for my new born nephew. We sent it early thinking the package will reach my family before he’s born. My nephew is now more than 1 month old. Almost 4 months waiting still no sign of the package! I tried to call several times both here in Canada and the Philippines. I’ve been given so many excuses. Every call different reason for delay. I just had enough!!!!

the service is not really good! super delay! and they will shout at you when you complain!

I sent 6 regular boxes and 3 free bonus box last October 2017 and my family received all boxes at exactly 6 weeks. Good job Rpxpress.

Happened to our boxes?????

I have sent boxes for my family in Leyte last Dec. 28 until now they haven't received those yet.It's been 6 months now and still not delivered yet.I been calling the office but they been giving me not clear answer.I am very disappointed and frustrated with this company..I wonder if there's more boxes have been lost for leyte.We have the same problem Angelica P.Please keep in touch with me.We need to report this issue.I will never recommend this company to my friends and family here.

My boxes that I sent on December 26, 2013 still has not been delivered to my family in Leyte. They assured us that it should be there within 8 weeks. It's almost 5 months now and still no sign of it being delivered. I called the office several times to follow up but gave me the same answer that, it is in Leyte with their contact, but no exact location! I am so frustrated and dismayed of this company! I would never recommend them to my friends and relatives for business!
