I was fortunate enough to contact Sam at MBR when I was looking for a place to get my Mountain Bike fixed. He was courteous, and responded immediately to my request. We made an appointment for the following day, and he arrived at the scheduled time, as promised, and repaired by bike. It was a simple fix, however he did extra work in order to justify the VERY REASONABLE charge for the repair. Personally, I found him not only knowledgeable, but honest…he didn’t try to sell me any extra parts.
I will recommend him to my friends, and to anyone who wants a fast, reliable bike tech… I loved that I didn’t have to leave my bike for any length of time, and that he came to my work and did this over lunch hour. It was perfect!

I was looking for someone to repair several of our bikes that had been in our garage. While surfing the internet I found Mobile Bike Repairs & Services and called Sam. Sam came today to our house and repaired all five bikes at a reasonable cost and now we can finally start riding them again! I would highly recommend Sam as he is quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with.
Great service! Even though I usually fix my own bike I would definitely call Sam again if I am pressed for time. Sam is friendly and polite and I in partucalar liked that he had my best interest in mind: I had requested that he change my front tire. Once Sam inspected the not-so-new tire he said that nothing is wrong with it and I shoukd keep it; however when I mentioned my 200km bike trip he said it would be safest if I changed the tire.
I just had my son's bike fixed in a flash! Sam came to my house and fixed his bent front wheel in 15 minutes or so. I was looking at waiting four days for an appointment at a local bike shop. Sam was friendly and professional!
I will ABSOLUTELY call Sam again!
