Overall positive experience. Our quote was accurate, move was on time and nothing broken. Leslie (our agent) returned calls quickly and answered all our questions and Paul (our mover) was great. Would use them again.
Great Company. Very professional, courteous with wealth of information to share with you regarding your move. They made the move from Toronto to BC a breeze. Packed and picked up on time in Toronto, arrived couple of days earlier than promised. They Showed up exactly the time of day they said they would. Their final invoice was lower than their estimate.

Do not use this company. Couch was torn before it was loaded on truck by the owner and son. Was told they would take care of it upon delivery. Plus we bought the extra insurance so we would be fine Not only has it not been taken care of but more item were damaged some beyond repair. Mike the owner is an ass and told us we don't have the insurance it has convinently disappeared and the damage was there on couch beforehand. Just had a move from Victoria BC to Tremblant Qc. It was a bliss. Great organization, great communication and follow-up! Amos and Mike did an anzing job rapping my funiture. It was pouring rain in BC but they took their time and did an amazing job. I was already in QC when they move my belongings and 3 weeks later my belongings arrived in Tremblant with no damages. The quote was great, much cheaper then other great moving company. I checked their references and they are well represented by BBB
