I've been coming to this nail salon for a few years since it opened and with the recent new owners it's really gone downhill service wise.
Went there yesterday and was very disappointed after I asked for a manicure and full gel set. Tracy always does a great job with the nails however for the manicure part she only cut out the excess cuticle and nothing else (excluded the usual hot towel, lotion, cuticle oil and didn't push back cuticles either).
My mom and sister stopped coming here last monh
I was not satisfied with my experience and the high costs of this salon. The lady did not know english well so I had trouble communicating with her. Even though the interiors were super clean and pretty, it all comes down to the service and the end result
