Horrible orthodontist with a policy made to represent how lazy Dr. Lui is. He refuses to see any of his old clients the moment the braces are off as per his "policy" so even if you want to do a future consultation as per a guy that seemed to care and knew your past issues, youre not even allowed to book. Lazy orthodontist who doesn't want to deal with any troubles of a job done poorly or to check up if any issues arise. Horrible. Don't go there.

Ruined my teeth.

He was definitely nice until I said I didn't want to pull out my new teeth. My top straight teeth ends up moving to the right. It's no longer in the middle. 6 molars were pulled out and voila! No new teeth. The same cavity filled molars I've had since childhood. Instead of pulling out my old teeth for my new ones to grow in he decided I'm going to keep my broken teeth and recommends Dr Moon to pull it out. Btw my teeth are still not completely straight and there are gaps everywhere.
