Went in for a prenatal massage and not going to disclose any names, but, the individual that massaged me was falling asleep. I was very disappointed, I could have got a better massage from a 3 year old.
I was not impress by Latisha, she cutted short 2 massage i got with her. It seems that the 30 minutes one lasted only 25, and I know for sure that the 60 minutes lasted only 48 minutes(as i checked). Quite disappointing. Most therapist will check on you what are you looking for today is the pressure ok she did not even talk for the whole first session, forcing me to explaining in details what I was expecting for her the second time around. But still no checking on me during the session.
I had a negative experience with one RMT but decided to give it another go.apparently it’s under new management and Thea and Brittany are amazing. They have really won me over! Give them a try.
The staff, including the owner are very rude. I called weeks ago booked a hot stone massage when I arrived, staff member said she forgot to plug machine in. I asked if I could cancel this appointment and come back, I was told of course but would have to pay for this appt. Don't waste your time or money. Better spas in Markham than this one.
If there was a negative rating I would choose that.
