I get delivery on occasion, and when I do, Ring a Wing is certainly a consideration. I get the medium or teriyaki wings, and a side of onion rings, and the wings are large and tasty. The sauces are delicious and 1 lb is quite a lot for one person. There are about 20 flavours of sauce to choose from so the variety is there. I've never been to the physical building, but delivery is usually fairly quick (30-40 mins) and food is piping hot. Its a little more money to order wings here than from other places, but they are among the best I've had, so it is worth the extra few dollars.
First time customer, wings were so amazing I had to write a review. The customer service was good, wings reasonably priced. The wings were huge and completely loaded with a sauce - 1 pound was definitely enough for 1 person. And the sauce was the best I've ever had in my life (sweet and sour, and Jamaican heat). Will definitely go back!
I have ordered from ring a wing a few times and am not normally dissapointed, but was outraged at this experience. It took 1 hour and 40 min for our wings to arrive. Before their arrival we phoned twice and were told that our wings left 'a while ago' and we should expect them any moment. When they finally arrived the debt machine did not work so we had to borrow money. After opening our wings we had alot of trouble telling the difference between the sauces and it did not held that everything was so soggy. To top is off, the wings that we waited so long for were lukewarm at best! It was an absolutly ridiculous experience.
I have heard lots of hype about Ring-A-Wing and was excited about the new location opening on Wonderland. I ordered late at night and recieved fairly quick service. Once I opened the package I relized why the service was so speedy. The wings were very soggy and I couldn't even tell the difference between the sauces. Overall this experience did not live up to my expectations and I really wonder how this business is surviving by selling less than desirable product.
I love the wings! They are probably the best in London! it's too bad they got rid of the montreal smoked though because that was the best. If you like spice go for the Louisiana BBQ their signature sause. Sometimes when I get a pound they give me like 14 wings and other times you only get like 9-10 so it's kinda hit or miss like that but the wings are always nice and crispy and covered in sause, yum. Oh yeah and it's kinda expensive as well for a pound it's almost $10 but worth it I think.
