Worst experience EVER!!!!!
first of all the staff is horrible, I heard them having a very heated discussion with one of the staff members while I was in the waiting room which I thought was completely inappropriate seeing the poor girl was apologizing for her mistake. After checking in with the extremely rude front desk I honestly wanted to cancel my appointment but thought to myself that I had taken time off of work to be there. Then I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time... I only had a certain amount of time before I had to get back to the office and it wasn't enough time for me to get my work done at the dental office and make it back on time. The Dentist came in was surprisingly rude I thought because he had made me wait for over 40 mins that he would at least say sorry BUT HE DIDN'T!!!!! then he tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with this tooth but the appointment before he told me that there was probably an infection but i'm guessing because he didnt have enough time to deal with my issue he referred me out to a specialist when he could have done that during the first visit. The manager i'm assuming then came in to explain things to me but kept speaking to me like I was a child and that type of behavior I cannot handle. I proceeded to go out to the front and wait for my referral sheet seeing I was basically pushed out of the room (probably because they were late for the next customer) but the front desk had me standing up waiting while they discussed their facebook problems. THIS WAS HONESTLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DENTAL OFFICE AND NOTHING WAS RESOLVED BUT THEY GOT MY MONEY AND IN THE END THATS ALL THEY WANTED!!!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE WHEN THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER OFFICES AROUND!!!!
