Terrible service. I tried to have a remote repaired and they charged me $45. This would have been fine if the remote was repaired. Returned the second time, and they said there was water damage that would have I cured in the last 3 days. Problem is, I was in the hospital and the remote was on a stand. No refunds, no quotes. Thy just repaired it without my permission and when the repair didn’t work, they blamed it on me.Terrible service. Check other review sites.

The service I received from AV Electronics was very professional. Technician is with a great knowledge of electronics. My receiver working great.

Horrible business...

Horrible business owner. Extremely rude and when I told him the item was not repaired properly he told me it was my fault for not telling him what was wrong with it. Isn't it his job to find out what is wrong with it and repair it? BEWARE!

Unbelievably RUDE...

Unbelievably RUDE! I have read other reviews that agree with mine, any positive reviews must be written by the owner himself. I would encourage anyone to NOT GO TO AV ELECTRONICS!!! Other reviews say that he has scammed them out of money, their items have not been fixed, I had only called to see if they could fix my record player and the owner was terribly rude to me. He was so busy being rude I couldn't even get an answer out of him. So don't waste your time by even calling.

I was searching who does repair turntable for long time, called so many services and no one could repair. I found AV ELECTRONICS in Kitchener and they repaired it very quickly and was not expensive. I strongly recommend this repair shop. Thank you.
