Deal Taxi

I will not be using this service anymore. We waited over two hours to not even be picked up as well as the taxi driver lying and saying he had already picked us up. We watched you drive past sharpes with no one in your taxi and without even stopping in the parking lot.

Deal Taxi is a good taxi service and when I call to pick me up and when they say there will be at my home or location from where I am they come . They give me a good rate and service is great also friendly drivers

Had one of your taxi drivers in a grey dodge caravan tail gate my car all the way from Brighton to Coodrington today. Would not keep his distance and he was also talking on his cell phone. Then when we were turning he tried to drive around us on the shoulder of the road. Very unsafe driver. He should not be a taxi driver if he drives that aggressive. I will not be recommending your taxi services. You may want to re think that driver.

my daughter booked it ahead of time to get to work. Never showed up. she booked it as she was in the cab coming home from work for the next morning. Guy wrote it down and everything. Next morning called and they said they didn't have one booked.

I drove for Jim! Signed a contract that NEVER stated that driver had to pay for repairs. I clipped a barrier slightly, left minor crinkle in fender & door. Jim says he use old parts from other van, plus a paint job. Was told they couldn't use old parts had to buy everything new. Final bill I had to pay $1,500.00 Nothing in contract about that rule. They have insurance. Not only that but where I hit, other driver hit too. BUT ONLY I HAD TO PAY. How is that fair. My opinion He is NOT trustworthy.

I have been traveling with Deal Taxi for approximately 2 years now. I have always found all of the drivers to be respectful and pleasant. Their driving skills are tops and I always feel safe getting into their vehicles. Their rates are comparable to other taxi companies. What more could you ask for? Friendly service, reasonable rates, and safe drivers!!! I will continue to use this company for all of my taxi needs. Thanks to all Deal Taxi owners and employees for looking after me. Tammy
