Geraldo Lourdes

I am very sorry I ever listened to the Halton CAS & agreed to hire Lourdes Geraldo, who I didn't know previously worked for Halton CAS. She was highly enabling of mental abuse, & provided mostly silent supervision, not the therapy she was hired for. She should have admitted early that she couldn't handle the matter, but instead chose to profit. Our family has not healed still. That's not even to mention her invoices & her trying to pass off boilerplate documents for our unique family. Run!

Extremely disappointed at the lack of helpfulness and more importantly the lack of effort that went into our assessment. Lourdes made no attempts to delve into any of my concerns. She was hired for a specific court ordered report and presented us parenting plan. When asked for the report, she said she needed another $4000.00 for the report to be done. So why did I pay for a parenting plan that I didn't need nor ask for and wasn't hired for. My advice, use a different assessor.

I have had dealings with Lourdes Geraldo find her to be the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She was handling a parenting plan between myself and my wife during our separation and on more than one occasion made remarks and suggestions to my children that should never have been made. I was appalled and when I told her so, she didn't seem to care and felt that it was in the child's best interest.I hope people reading this stay as far away from her as possible.
