Awesome place sales rep and technician are very honest i have an iphone 6plus which had a broken glass so i went to a place in the mall the guy told me at the mall store that your screen is crack and it will cost me $195 to get it fix which i think it is a lot so one of my friend told me try Direct cell the price is very reasonable i called and they told me $149.99 so i went to the store in stoney creek location.

excellent service they replace the screen on my galaxy s5 they did a great job at very good price... best thing it was done right on the spot ...great job Direct cell am very satisfied...

I have an iPhone 6 plus which had a cracked screen. I brought it in to the direct cell stoney creek store and they replaced the cracked screen at the same day in one hour i have called atlease 10 places but direct cell price was the cheapest in hamilton.Great service,good price, friendly and professional staff. This was the WORS...

This was the WORST service I have ever experienced. I brought my iphone 6 in for a screen replacement and an unlocking. Regarding the screen replacement: the screen was not secured properly and is popping out of one corner. The LED lights are visible from the outside of the phone. On top of that, I get no wifi connection, and very poor data because of the way they messed with my phone antenna when replacing the screen.
