I was totally disgusted with the service. The waitress served everyone else around us (at least 3 other tables). When she did take our order it took another 15 minutes and it was cold. She was not even pleasant or apologetic that she had kept us waiting during lunch hour. The restaurant was not busy at the time. I will never go back again. With so many restaurants in Guelph to choose from I feel that the onus of making customers feel comfortable and want to return is a staff that is friendly and makes you feel welcome. This staff made me feel like my patronage had no value so I will go to one of the many other restaurants that make me feel welcome.
